Costee is an AI-powered creative application that enables users to turn personal portrait and lifestyle photos into stylized images and cinematic mood videos. The app offers a variety of popular video and image templates, allowing users to complete personalized high-quality creation easily without professional editing skills.
Users can capture new photos or upload existing images from the local library, select preferred templates, and adjust creative parameters to generate custom AI images and vertical mood videos. The available creative options cover portrait pose adjustment, comic styling, background replacement, hairstyle preview, headwear and glasses fitting, as well as diverse atmospheric video scene templates for daily lifestyle creation.
All generated images and videos are saved locally in the in-app Records module. Users retain full control over their creations, including preview, local saving, sharing and deletion. Costee does not operate public cloud galleries or remote cloud storage, and user creative content remains stored only on the user's personal device without automatic remote uploading.
Users must use Costee for legal, healthy and non-commercial personal creation, and only upload legally authorized personal images. It is strictly prohibited to upload, generate, save or disseminate pornographic, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal or any inappropriate harmful content. Users take full responsibility for all uploaded materials and AI-generated works.
Costee requires no account registration, identity login, phone verification or personal information binding of any kind, allowing all users to access and use all in-app creative functions in a completely anonymous state without actively submitting any private personal data. All local photo parsing, template matching, style rendering, pose optimization, background replacement, accessory fitting and AI video dynamic synthesis processes are independently and completely completed by Costee's exclusive self-developed AI system. The application does not embed, invoke, connect or rely on any third-party AI algorithms, external cloud computing servers, third-party rendering platforms and external technical service resources in any creative link and operating process. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local country or region are qualified to download, install and use this application and all internal functional services. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, downloading and using Costee and all its AI creative functions in any form.
All core technical computing, image processing, style rendering, dynamic video synthesis and visual effect optimization technologies of Costee are independently researched, developed, operated, updated and maintained by our official professional technical team. The entire data processing and creative calculation process runs independently locally on the user's device without any participation, assistance, authorization and intervention from third-party technical service providers. No user original photo data, creative parameter information, template selection records and finished work content will be transmitted to external networks and third-party servers for auxiliary calculation and storage, ensuring full independence, security and absolute confidentiality of all user creative privacy data.
Costee always adheres to the highest standard of user privacy protection, and strictly implements zero-collection, zero-recognition, zero-analysis and zero-storage management rules for all user facial information and biometric data. The app's internal AI generation logic only focuses on overall picture visual style conversion and creative effect optimization, and does not involve any facial feature identification, data analysis and privacy scanning behaviors. All user uploaded portrait materials are only used to complete the single personalized creative task actively initiated by the user, and will not be cached, retained, copied or reused for any other irrelevant purposes. Costee adopts full local processing and local storage mechanisms for all user creative data. All user uploaded original photos and AI-generated finished images and mood videos are only processed and saved locally on the user's personal mobile device. The app will not automatically back up user creative content to the cloud, synchronize private works to external platforms, or remotely collect user creative data. Users have absolute independent control authority over all local creative data, and can independently save, share and delete works according to personal usage needs. Costee will never actively collect, obtain or store users' private creative data and portrait information, and will never transmit or share user privacy data with any third-party organizations and individuals.
We reserve the right to appropriately optimize and update the clauses of this Privacy Policy according to product function iteration and service upgrade plans. Updated policy content will be officially released on the in-app Settings document page and take effect immediately after publication.
