This Subscription Agreement clarifies all official subscription rules, billing mechanisms, auto-renewal policies, and exclusive member benefits for Costee. By purchasing and activating any in-app subscription service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
Costee is an AI-powered visual creation application focused on generating personalized stylized images and mood videos. All AI creation functions require standard in-app coin consumption for every generation task. Subscription membership does not provide unlimited free creation privileges and cannot waive or offset regular coin consumption requirements. All subscription services are processed through Apple In-App Purchase, with all pricing, billing cycles and renewal rules clearly displayed on the in-app subscription page before user payment confirmation.
Costee requires no account registration or login verification, supporting fully anonymous usage without collecting any personal user information. All image processing, style rendering and visual content generation processes are independently completed by Costee's self-developed AI system. The application does not invoke, access or rely on any third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers and external technical services in any creative links. Costee will never upload, transmit or share users' original photos, creative parameters, cache files and finished works with any external platforms and third-party institutions. We strictly implement a zero-collection policy for all user facial information and biometric data. Our AI only completes overall picture style conversion and visual effect optimization, without performing facial detection, facial recognition and biometric analysis. We never collect, store or analyze user facial features, build facial databases, or use portrait data for advertising, tracking and model training. We will never sell or disclose users' private portrait information and creative data to any third parties under any circumstances.
All auto-renewable subscription plans provided by Costee are only available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their local region are eligible to purchase, manage and renew subscription services. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from purchasing any membership plans within the application.
All Costee membership plans are auto-renewable subscription services authorized and processed via Apple In-App Purchase. Specific pricing varies by region and is fully displayed on the pre-purchase page. The official available subscription cycles are as follows:
Users can use the in-app Restore Purchases function to recover valid membership benefits on devices logged in with the same Apple ID. This function only restores legitimate purchase records and does not support cross-account membership transfer or benefit migration.
All subscription plans include identical fixed member benefits with no tiered differences. No subscription package exempts users from standard coin consumption for AI creation tasks. All generated content creation still requires regular coin deduction for all subscribed users. During the valid membership period, subscribed users are entitled to the following three exclusive benefits:
All subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default after successful purchase. The bound Apple ID payment method will be automatically charged for membership renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires, unless users manually disable the auto-renewal function at least 24 hours prior to the expiration date.
Users can independently view subscription status, adjust auto-renewal settings and cancel subscriptions at any time through the Apple ID subscription management interface in iOS system. After disabling auto-renewal, existing membership benefits will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund will be provided for unused membership duration or unclaimed benefits.
All membership privileges and complimentary bonus coins are limited to personal, non-commercial use only. Users are prohibited from reselling, renting, sharing, transferring or commercially utilizing membership qualifications and bonus coin resources. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user membership access if any irregular or unauthorized usage behaviors are verified.
Costee does not collect or store users' payment data, transaction records and personal subscription information. All payment behaviors are independently completed by Apple In-App Purchase. Membership status data are only stored locally on the user's device. Costee will never transmit subscription data and user private information to any third-party payment platforms and external institutions.
We reserve the right to update this Subscription Agreement for product iteration and service optimization. Updated clauses will be published on the in-app Settings page and take effect immediately. Continued use of subscription services after updates indicates full acceptance of revised terms. Core privacy protection rules and fixed membership benefits will not be arbitrarily modified.
