This User Agreement defines the usage rules, service scope, and user responsibilities for Costee. By downloading, installing, and continuously using the application, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms in this agreement.
Costee is an AI-powered visual creation application designed to help users generate stylized images and cinematic mood videos from personal portraits and lifestyle photos. The app provides a full set of creative templates, including video atmosphere templates and diverse image editing templates, supporting pose adjustment, comic style conversion, background replacement, hairstyle optimization, headwear and glasses fitting, and various cinematic mood video effects. Users can upload photos from the device gallery or capture new photos in real time, adjust creative parameters, and generate personalized visual works without professional editing skills. All finished images and videos are saved locally in the in-app Records module for users to preview, manage, save to gallery, and share.
All users must use Costee in a legal, healthy, and standardized manner. Users are only permitted to upload legally authorized personal photos for private, non-commercial creation. It is strictly prohibited to upload, generate, save, or disseminate pornographic, violent, bloody, discriminatory, illegal, or any inappropriate harmful content that violates public order. Users take full responsibility for all uploaded materials and AI-generated works produced through the app.
Costee requires no account registration or login of any kind, enabling fully anonymous usage without requiring users to submit personal information. All image analysis, template matching, style rendering, visual optimization, and video dynamic synthesis processes are independently completed by Costee's self-developed AI system. The application does not invoke, rely on, or connect to any third-party AI algorithms, external cloud servers, or third-party technical services during any creative process. Costee will never upload, transmit, or share users' original photos, creative parameters, cache files, and finished works with any external platforms or third-party institutions. We strictly adhere to a zero-collection policy for all facial information and biometric data. Our AI only performs overall visual style conversion and scene optimization, and never conducts facial detection, facial recognition, feature analysis, or biometric scanning. We do not collect, store, analyze, or build databases of user facial features, and will never use portrait data for advertising, tracking, model training, or commercial purposes. User facial and creative privacy will never be sold or disclosed to any third parties under any circumstances.
All creative functions and services of Costee are available only to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their region are eligible to download and use this application. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using Costee and all its creative features.
We grant users a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable personal license to use Costee on personal mobile devices for individual creative purposes. All intellectual property rights of the application, including self-developed AI technology and built-in template resources, belong exclusively to Costee. Users may not disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, or use application resources for commercial activities. All creative processes run on our independent self-developed AI service, and no user facial or private data will be sent to any third-party services.
All original photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated images and mood videos belong fully to the user. Costee does not claim any ownership or usage rights to user-created content. We will never use user creations for model training, commercial promotion, or product iteration, and no user creative data will be transmitted to external third-party platforms.
All AI generation functions are limited to personal daily creation. Users can freely switch templates and adjust parameters to complete personalized creation. All works are stored locally on the user's device, and users have full control over saving, sharing and deleting their content. The app reserves the right to adjust functions and optimize templates for product iteration.
We reserve the right to update application functions, fix system bugs, and revise this User Agreement as needed. Updated terms will be displayed on the in-app settings page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the latest terms. Core privacy commitments including anonymous usage, independent self-developed AI operation, and zero facial data collection will always remain valid and unchanged.
Your use of Costee is also governed by the official Costee Privacy Policy. All creative data is stored locally without cloud synchronization or remote backup. We do not collect user private information or facial data, and will never share user privacy content with any third-party organizations or individuals.
